Show missing getID3 library on the status report

Problem/Motivation

views_rss_media_getid3 requires the james-heinrich/getid3:^2 library. However, this library is not included in composer.json so it is easy to miss. Especially when upgrading Views RSS module from an earlier version that used james-heinrich/getid3:^1.
