Regex for asset library IDs probably not was intended

Overview

When working on 🐛 `api.config.delete` allows deleting `global` asset library Active I originally was making use of the regex to be able to test the API without too many changes to the test code but I'm pretty sure it wasn't intended that way

Proposed resolution

Remove the + from the regex so that it is only limited to global and not things like globalll
