The composer version declaration for giggsey/libphonenumber-for-php is outdated. The latest version is 9.0.

Updating to the latest version will ensure there are no issues caused by inaccurate phone metadata.

I was looking at this myself a while ago, and it seems that in 9.0.0 the constants were replaced by enums so I assume a bit more changes are needed because we store their values.
