Allow customers to mark reviews as helpful

Problem/Motivation

When a product has a lot of reviews it is often desirable to show users the most relevant reviews first. Most sites determine this by allowing users to mark individual reviews as being helpful.

Proposed resolution

• Add a button to reviews that allows a customer to mark a review as being helpful.
• Show the total on the review.
• Allow it to be enabled per review type.
