Admin-Form watermark: Show file-upload only if file-mode is selected

the mpdf documentation about images lists support for types that are not allowed in the form. Maybe we can append "svg" as "FileExtension" to better fulfil the documented image support. I've tested it locally and it works fine. It looks like the watermark can be any image supported by mpdf.
