Create a solution for AI Ckeditor

We have the possibility to add plugins to AI CKEditor, and we shouid add one for agents.

Add a tool that is called AgentCKEditorOutput
The tool takes HTML input and just outputs it, nothing else.
Add a possibility to filter on tools usage in the plugin definitions
Add a CKEditor plugin to shows all the different agents that uses the AgentCKEditorOutput as a tool
Configure if you want a hardcoded prompt that takes the selection as input, or if you want the user to give a prompt
Take the result as the output.
