My pages with accessibility issues

Problem/Motivation

As an editor it would be useful if I could filter the results to show only the pages I own or have worked on.

I would like to place a block, in a Dashboard for example, that shows the pages I created and the number of issues they have.
A duplicate of the top results block that is filtered by the current logged in user would be ideal.
Perhaps the results page could also show the author, that way a site administrator could prompt certain authors to update their content if required.
