Add ddev-drupal-contrib

Problem/Motivation

Related to #3533548 it would be easier to patch and contrib to Brightcove Video Connect by adding https://github.com/ddev/ddev-drupal-contrib into the repo. I have done this for multiple modules to make it easier to work on them.

We have a patch and having this will make it easier to test with and work on issues.
