Provide options for login & registration links

Problem/Motivation

While in Coming Soon Mode, logins are available to to those who know the URL, but registration of new accounts is not available to the public.

Proposed resolution

  1. Provide options in the settings to make these features available.
  2. Define variables in template_preprocess_comingsoon() to allow the template to display the links if the features are enabled.
  3. Modify RedirectComingSoonSubscriber to allow access to /user/register if the registration feature is enabled.
