AI Playbooks

Problem/Motivation

Only 30% of SMEs are already using AI. Research points to a multitude of reason why companies are hampered in AI adoption. These include:

• Lack of Strategic Understanding
• Skills and Knowledge Gaps
• Tool Overload and Vendor Hype
• Ethical and Regulatory Concerns
• Cultural and Organisational Resistance

Clearly we want to present Drupal AI as a way to overcome the speed bumps and educate decision makers about how AI can help them.

Proposed resolution

Begin to create a template for AI Playbooks which:

1. Highlight common business challenges AI can solve
2. Identify applications of AI which bring efficiency / take over laborious tasks / tasks which are too expensive to do manually
3. Detail how Drupal AI can be configured to meet these needs

Remaining tasks

Draft a Google document with an outline of what a Playbook would look like
Perhaps this could be a landing page with gated content served as a PDF?
