Composer install of ckeditor/div does not work

Problem/Motivation

The project page says to install the library with: composer require 'ckeditor/div:4.10.1'

When I run this, I get "Could not find a matching version of package ckeditor/div."

Proposed resolution

Update the project page to have the correct instructions or to have it just refer to the README files. (The missing item was adding a repositories entry.)
