[CI] Stop post editing regenerate PHPStan baseline

Problem/Motivation

Looks like a positive side effect of 📌 [CI] Run PHPStan job on PHP 8.4 Active , that started running PHPStan job with relative paths, is that we no longer need to postprocess a regenerated baseline to remove /build/ from baseline paths.

Proposed resolution

Remove the sed calls from the script.

Alas, needs to be postponed on Relative path in ResultCache upstream.
