PII API field list sole third level menu item for the second level menu item Field list

Problem/Motivation

Without the PII module installed the second level menu item Field list has no third level menu items but three local tasks: Entities, Used in views, and Field search. With the PII module installed PII API field list becomes the sole third level menu item for the second level menu item Field list - for the three other local task menu items are missing in the navigation sidebar. Thanks to 🐛 Second level menu items can't be reached if they have children Active it is at least possible now to reach the first local task aka the "overview" page of the second level menu item, but there is still that inconsistency between the number of available third level menu items and the number of available local tasks which is not desirable. i understand the intention to make the reports page easier to discover and at the same time categorize it in the appropriate context of Field list but i would try to avoid the aforementioned inconsistency between menu items and local tasks.

Either just drop the third level menu item for PII API field list or move it to a dedicated second level menu item (out of Field list)
