The redirect module https://www.drupal.org/project/redirect → uses a special field type "redirect_source" to store the source of a redirect.
Feeds doesn't have a target processor for this field type yet.
1. Install the redirect module
2. Try to create a feeds parser for redirects
3. Notice that there is no mapping target for the `redirect_source` field
Create a processor for this field type.
I have a patch ready to add in the next comment. It will need community review.

Feeds only aims to support targets for fields provided by Drupal core, so therefore I'm moving this issue to the Redirect issue queue.
There is already an issue there about it, so closing this as a duplicate as well.
