Get AI Initiative d.o project on the official DA list

Problem/Motivation

Certain strategic projects like drupal_cms and experience_builder have a special status so that it's more similar in "weight" to core rather than a random community project

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Get the ai_initiative project added to this DA list and make sure that, at minimum, the ai project is on it as well
