Sure, that's definitely doable. I would strongly recommend changing the multi-value separator to something other than a comma, though.
Would it be possible to add handling for multi-value tokens on all DC fields? Right now, it appears that only dcterms:creator and dcterms:subject are repeatable, but ideally all DC fields should be repeatable. Some fields, e.g. dcterms:description, repeat often.
