Default event is not all day, but looks like it's meant to be

Problem/Motivation

On a fresh install of Drupal CMS 1.2 (in the Eastern Daylight Time zone) the default event for DrupalCon Atlanta looks like it is meant to be all day, but does not display as such.

Steps to reproduce

Install Drupal CMS 1.2 with Events recipe, and visit the default event automatically created.

Proposed resolution

Probably the easiest fix would be to include the timezone in the event's YAML.
