Checkbox is clickable for disabled button links

Problem/Motivation

A user is able to click the corresponding checkbox next to a disabled button. A recent feature improvement where the user can now click the checkboxes has introduced this issue. A user should not be able to click a checkbox of a disabled button link. When trying to save.

Proposed resolution

For a disabled button link, also disable the corresponding checkbox.
