Zip Code location for 99503 is incorrect

Problem/Motivation

After having used this modules for years I had a use contact me with the error that the zip code 99503 was listed as 275.3 miles from 99502. Both of these zip codes are located in the city of Anchorage, AK. I know that Alaska is a big place but I am pretty sure that Anchorage is not that big.

I took a look at zipcodes.csv and I saw that it lists

99503,62.043951,-158.175667

While Google tells me that it should instead be 61.18882093181734, -149.8881112223222

Steps to reproduce

Look at the latitude/longitude in zipcodes.csv and compare to the actual location of the zip code.

Update the latitide/longitude in zipcodes.csv
