Allow for custom confirmation messages

Problem/Motivation

The current confirmation messages are accurate but may not be the most user-friendly, since they can't anticipate context, which will vary from site to site.

Proposed resolution

Provide an ability for a site builder to specify one or more custom messages. This could be accomplished by providing a simple textarea for input, allowing for each line to contain a moderation state and custom message, separated by a pipe character.
