Remove Drupal 7 projects from Further top projects

Problem/Motivation

When you visit a language, there is a list of modules under "Further top projects" which is great.

• https://localize.drupal.org/translate/languages/da
• https://localize.drupal.org/translate/languages/es/

However, many projects are Drupal 7 only, or even older.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Remove Drupal 7 projects only from "Further top projects", projects such as these:

• Views (for Drupal 7)
• Administration menu
• IMCE
• CKEditor 4 - WYSIWYG HTML editor
• jQuery Update
