Aside the option for labeling a field for RTBF and SAR also add if a field should be encrypted

Problem/Motivation

Aside the right to be forgotten and the subject access requests some fields and or content types might contain that sensitive information that would require that the data is also encrypted.

It would feel like a logical and a natural step from a user perspective being able to set all three options (RTBF, SAR, and encryption) directly within the field settings or the entity type settings ✨ Enable the PII API on an entity level as well Active . That way for example modules like https://www.drupal.org/project/encrypt → could integrate with the pii module.
