Enable the PII API on an entity level as well

Problem/Motivation

At the moment you have to enable the PII API on a per field basis. In case you have for example a content type with many fields, and each of those fields shall enable the PII API, that becomes a tedious task.

It might be helpful to consider enabling the user to configure an entity for using PII API as a whole (also proposed in the issue summary on 📌 [Meta] PII module suite Active ).

The setting could be placed on the edit page of the entity within a vertical tab. As an additional feature it might be even considered, to then provide the option to override those set entity settings on individual field(s)?
