If only a single ID provided, redirect to the relevant entity

Problem/Motivation

Currently this module always redirects to the configured destination, which defaults to the home page. It would be better if it could redirect to the moderated entity, if only one was specified.

Proposed resolution

If only a single entity is processed, redirect to it instead of the default.
