Include missing config (YML) files - Cleanup files

I added some fields that are needed for the blog & page content types, and deleted custom products that are not needed in the installation, can be reviewed.

I'll move this change to "Fixed" since it's related with the Theme config. You can test this by installing the DEV theme and see if you have any issues, in that case let me know and I'll re-open the task.
