Modeler API submodule's folder name is wrong

The submodule's folder is modeler_api, but the module's name is ai_agents_modeler_api. The folder should be the same.

Rename the folder.

The folder name is technically not relevant, it can be called anything. What matters is just the base name of the info yml file. But for consistency, it probably makes sense to use that longer name.
