Add the "service.name" field to logs to simplfy identifying the source in aggregated output

Problem/Motivation

When we have a mixed environment where nginx and Drupal work together in a single pod, they both produce logs to a single stdout stream. In that case it'll be good to have a key to identify the exact source of the log entry.

The common name for this key is service.name, so would be great to add this key to the log record and allow configuring the custom value.
