When I add a new View at /admin/structure/views/add that is based on the entity "CiviCRM Relationship", and I try to add a relationship to CiviCRM Case to this view, the relationship that has the description "FK to civicrm_case" is having the title "CiviCRM case sensitivity" (in my case, in German language).
This is very confusing, as case sensitivity has nothing to with CiviCRM case entity.
Create a new View at /admin/structure/views/add that is based on the entity "CiviCRM Relationship", and try to add a relationship to CiviCRM Case to this view, searching for "case".
Change the title of the relationship "CiviCRM case sensitivity" - "FK to civicrm_case", and the titles and descriptions of related relationships (see screenshot).

All the descriptions for Views relationships, etc.. are autogenerated via metadata gathered by the CiviCRM API.
