Allow for anonymous session scoring

Problem/Motivation

Some camps prefer to have the sessions scored without revealing the names of the authors and/or make the session topics public but without the speaker information.

Proposed resolution

Have the speaker information in a block, so that it can easily be hidden until the session reaches the Confirmed status.
