Entity form modes 'description' field can no longer be an empty string

Problem/Motivation

In 11.2, they made the description field required in Entity form modes.

When you apply a recipe to Drupal in 11.2 that enables the Paragraphs module and imports core.entity_form_mode.paragraph.preview, the recipe application fails because recipes are so strict on config.

Steps to reproduce

Apply a recipe to Drupal 11.2 like https://github.com/kanopi/saplings-component-types (requires packagist as a repository)

Proposed resolution

add description: null to core.entity_form_mode.paragraph.preview.yml

I just used the patch myself and it allowed the recipe to be applied.
