Text field validation is not working properly

Overview

Text field validation is not functioning correctly for the page title, heading component, and hero component.

The steps to reproduce this issue are the same for all components, as outlined below:

• Delete all text using the delete or backspace key.
• After removing the text, a frontend validation message appears: "Please fill in this field," but leave the field blank.
• Click on Review changes and proceed to publish.
• After publishing, you’ll notice the title is blank; then reload the page.
• The title field will now display only the first letter of the previous text.
