Move out AI Agents Extra Tools

Problem/Motivation

The extra tools are experimental and should not be in a module that is approved for security review. Also we should have a project where we can demo and develop tools, until they are stable with fast releases.

* Make AI Agents Extra tools a stub module with an update hook to uninstall itself.
