Add UI for changing default language

Problem/Motivation

To make this module more user friendly, we could add a UI for changing the default language.

Proposed resolution

Add a 'Change default language' entity operation to overviews, only accessible for content entities and users with the 'change entity default language' permission. The operation links to a confirmation form where the new default language can be chosen.
