Undefined array key "lingotek" lingotek.module.

I am using the migrate_boost module to disable lingotek's entity hooks during a migration to improve performance.

Disabling lingotek's hooks throws "Undefined array key "lingotek" lingotek.module.:40"

Check for the lingotek key.
