Make the entity reference fields that should be updated configurable

Problem/Motivation

In most cases not all entity reference fields should be updated, usually only composite entities such as paragraphs. Currently, entities from all entity_reference and entity_reference_revision fields are duplicated.

Proposed resolution

Make it configurable from which fields entities should be duplicated.
