Do not use VERSION for library versions

Created on 10 June 2025, 3 months ago

The VERSION constant contains a value that changes each time a new Drupal release/branch is created. Drupal core libraries use that value for their version, but contrib projects should not use that constant because it could indicate a new version even when the library code has not been changed.
