Term edit form is not loading in a paged list

Problem/Motivation

On a paged list of terms, terms that are not displayed on the first page won't get loaded when searched for.

Steps to reproduce

- Have a taxonomy with more than 25 items
- Make sure taxonomy pagination is set to 25 items (/admin/config/user-interface/taxonomy-manager-settings)
- Go to the Taxonomy Manager page for the taxonomy (/admin/structure/taxonomy_manager/voc)
- Search for the 26th term or higher
- A term on the second page is found in the autocomplete but the term edit form is not loaded

Proposed resolution

A workaround is to extend the pagination options so it takes all the terms and load them.

The logic goes:
- search for the term looks up the term from Drupal
- then find the term in fancy tree and "click" on that term in the tree
- the term is not found in the tree (because of pagination) => JS error in console

Fancytree@1 loadKeyPath: key not found: 911 (parent: FancytreeNode@root_1[title='root'])
