Add alias field

Problem/Motivation

People and Organizations can have aliases; households not so much.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Add a field "aliases", a string field with unlimited values.

This should not be a base field, and if should not be locked. We de want the field to persist if it is removed from all the contacts.

It should be added to the Organization and Person.
