Enable phpstan check in .gitlab-ci.yml and fix found errors

To improve code quality, I suggest enabling PHPStan checks in .gitlab-ci.yml.

Run phpstan check locally and see errors.

I used the ddev configured settings for that. See the screenshot from my local copy with errors.
