[2.0.5] value zero is considered empty and filtered from props for numbers

Problem/Motivation

We have this methode ComponentElementBuilder::isPropValueEmpty which considers zero to be empty and so it prevents such number to be injected in corresponding props (see ComponentElementBuilder::addDataToComponent)

let's fix that !
