Kuoni is offering us a larger area for the booth
The financial costs would be similar to last year
This meeting is to brainstorm about the booth.
Outcome should be a sketch of our idea for a booth, to be sent to Kuoni so they can outline the floorplan.

NEDA will still exist even if a European Association is created because it is our space to talk and organize and share solutions. But we are very involved with the creation of the European DA so possibly we will have a kakemono / rollup about it depending on how far the conversations go at DDD and Drupaljam.
The newcomers' welcoming meeting on the first morning can happen at our booth especially if we have coffee.
Michaela will check the prices for a coffee machine / barista. Maybe we can also use the barista that will be at the venue, pay for a certain amount of coffee and give away vouchers instead, so people will come to the booth still.
