"drupal/flysystem": "^2.0" pulls unsupported 2.1.0-rc6 release

Problem/Motivation

Trying to only require drupal/flysystem_s3 results in the unsupported 2.1.0-rc6 release of drupal/flysystem to be installed as a dependency. I'm presuming because the -rc6 is weighted higher than -beta2 (for D10) or -alpha2 (for D11) in all the available releases greater than 2.0.

Steps to reproduce

composer require drupal/flysystem_s3

Proposed resolution

Bump the required drupal/flysystem version in the composer.json file.
