jQuery 2 is displayed in the console when you try to click the hamburger icon to expand the menu.
Access a Drupal 11.1.7 site with Bootstrap 8.x-3.35 installed on a mobile device and tap/click the hamburger menu to expand the responsive menu.

A bit strange since 3.35 has v3.4.6 nor v3.4.5
however I took your merge request and pushed it into v3.4.7 upstream
and then I took the upstream release and baked it into 8.x-3.x
