The blue outlines, tools, and buttons are great, except when they happen to be in use on a root section that has a dark background; in which case, switching to 'dark-mode' colors such as white outlines, toolbox, and buttons, will serve accessibility and readability a lot better.
Utilize JavaScript to determine the shade of a section and apply 'dark-mode' classes, ultimately updating the CSS custom variables accordingly to the light/dark modes.

@justin2pin - As we discussed, this may more difficult to implement than first imagined. Maybe we can introduce options to editors somewhere to update the color mode of the controls themselves?
