Columns in Events Log Track admin reports view should be sortable

Problem/Motivation

The view at /admin/reports/events-track includes multiple data filters, but the columns in the table are not sortable. Column sorting should be added.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install the module as normal.
  2. Visit the Events Log Track view at /admin/reports/events-track.
  3. Note that the columns are not sortable.

Update view to make columns sortable.
