Problem/Motivation

We have an upcoming 1.0.6 release and want the 1.0.x branch to not fail testing. This was fixed in 📌 Tests are currently failing due to newer phpcs rules Active , but that includes code that does not exist in 1.0.x branch, so we create a new issue.

Baring security issues being found 1.0.6 is most likely the last version of the 1.0.x branch, so nothing needs to be pushed up to 1.1.x and on.
