Seems like there is a new issue after recent release of eu_cookie_compliance

The cookie compliance popup opens before eu-cookie-compliance-rocketship.js script is even loaded. So, listening the event eu_cookie_compliance_popup_open will not work as it was triggered before we subscribed to.
- Set up latest eu_cookie_compliance and eu_cookie_compliance_rocketship
- Open in incognito the site and see that clicking on buttons reloads a page.
Ensure the script eu-cookie-compliance-rocketship.js loads before the popup opens
