Dynamically handling button value (Go to your account) on Acquia Optimize form

Problem/Motivation

Go to your Optimize account is static on every page either user configured Optimize settings or not.

Proposed resolution

When user doesn’t configured Acquia Optimize then button label should be Request free Acquia Optimize account otherwise it should show as Go to your Optimize account
