ERROR for site owner: Invalid key type

Created two new sites and decided to try reCaptcha V3.

I got the two keys from Google and for a time they worked.
Now I cant log in at all.

Is there a way to disable captcha/recaptcha so I can get back into the site and fix things?
HELP!
