Ruslan, no, the Database Logging dependence is the key point of the module.
On Acquia hosted sites highly recommended to use the Syslog module instead of the Database Logging module.
Both modules provided by Drupal core.
Is is possible to remove the Database Logging dependence?

Maybe we can move it from autoban.info.yml to autoban_dblog.info.yml.
